"Great Value"

Great value for a one-night stay. Minimal electrical outlets in the room, if you have a lot of personal electronics, bring a power strip. Great location, within a minute of I-80 with a gas station right across the street & 2 fast food chains within very close proximity. Free breakfast & wireless internet were definite pluses. Overall, I was very satisfied. I've paid more for worse accomodations at other hotels.

"A series of small things made our stay poor"

Overall this hotel is a very average Quality Inn. We were upgraded to a "suite" which was just like a basic room at any other hotel. The problems started as soon as we walked in as the TV didn't work. We finally figured out the problem was the broken socket it was plugged into and moved it to the other side of the room ourselves. During the night we were awoken by staff vaccuming ourside our door at 2am. The bed was hard and we both woke up several more times because our arms kept falling asleep. The next morning we headed to the tiny breakfast area which was packed at 6am with kids on a traveling soccer team. The coffee barely stronger than plain water, the toaster didn't work, and the juice machine was out of syrup so all you got was gross colored water. We finally gave up on breakfast and headed across the street to McDonalds. This is not the worst hotel we have ever stayed in and it seemed clean but its the small things that add up.

"Room was Good, but not for the price."

The room was comfortable, but I felt the price was too high for the size of the room. The only other negative comment is that the pool/jacuzzi was down for maintenance for the three nigthts we were there. The continental breakfast was good, it's a time saver and money saver especially if you have children.

"Nice, quiet hotel - great price"

The last two times we have stayed there, they have let us check in early, which was so nice! Also, the first time we were there, they were in the process of getting new furniture. It was an even nicer stay the second time.

"Decent"

The room was fairly clean. It wasn't a fancy hotel but wasn't a dump either. It's a good place if you just need somewhere reasonably priced to spend the night.

"A place to stay"

Traveling on the cheap with the family for a vacation this hotel proved to be just that. The price was right the accommodations adequate. Noting fancy. The hotel just seemed kind of dingy but the color schemes likely contributed to that feeling, dark. The staff proved to be very friendly and accommodating. That was probably the best part of the stay. The morning complimentary breakfast was actually pretty good, not great but I've experienced much worse.

“ok place to spend the night”

We stayed one night. Friendly staff. Clean room. Pool was clean but cold. Breakfast was good. There is a Cracker Barrel around the corner.

“Avoid this one”

Nothing extra special, all you might expect for the price.  Staff was friendly to me.  I did witness a confrontation with another guest that didn't end well for the guest (she left in tears) which surprised me.  I can't make a judgment call since I wasn't present for the entire conversation but I thought the staff should have done more to work with the guest instead of getting her so upset that she had to leave in tears.  Seeing this was enough to make me decide that I would not return here or recommend this motel to others.

Our primary objective is to provide clean, comfortable and enjoyable stays for our guests. We attempt to conduct ourselves in a professional and courteous manner while serving the needs of our guests. Unfortunately, in this particular instance, we were not able to accommodate this particular guest. Her complaint was unreasonable in regards to her agreed upon and signature verified rates. After an extended stay with complete satisfaction, she was refusing to pay the guest folio.
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience that this incident might have caused this guest.

Nice place...

The location was easy to find; well placed for our eventual destination - Lincoln. We were able to easily find our way around Omaha and the hotel's location was ideal. There's a great Mexican restaurant next door. The desk folks were extremely helpful. One went out of her way to help us with eating recommendations. The breakfast was okay...truly continental (if you want something more substantial, there's a McD's within sight...). Didn't belly up to the bar, but when we needed something (a corkscrew) they couldn't help - we ended up buying one and leaving it at the desk for the next couple. The pool was refreshing and nice. There was a whirlpool that helped loosen some kinks. The exercise room was out of service though. The room was good - we had a suite and it had ample space. Our room had a m-wave and a fridge (perfect!). We would stay again. It was nice.

great deal for the money

We took our children down to Omaha for a mini vacation, to the zoo and shopping, before they went back to school. We stayed at this hotel and it was great, clean and overall no problems. Breakfast is not quite what they write as having but there is a McDonalds right next door. The only problem I had was when we went to check out, the gentleman at the front desk tried to charge me again, but thanks to my receipt in hand from making the reservation, and my husband telling him we didn't owe anything, he rechecked and said that was correct. As a precautionary method I did call my bank in advance and let them know that they may charge again and please watch out for that.
Other than that, very nice hotel and would stay again.

“Comfortable Place To Stay”

My husband and I spent a weekend there. Apparently it was a busy one because there were kids yelling in the room next to ours. We mentioned it to the front desk and she thanked us for letting her know and said she would take care of it. A couple minutes later, it was quiet. The beds were comfortable and I slept like I was at home. The breakfast was had good food and we left full. Overall I would say our stay was very good.
